A Moment of Reflection
There are moments in life where you start to think differently about what you want going forward - not because something is wrong, but because you finally have the space to ask the question.
You may find yourself reconsidering direction, identity, or how you want this next stage to look and feel.
You may not have clear answers yet - just a sense that this next stage deserves more intention.

I Know This Place Well
I know this stage well. I'm a mum of five, a grandmother, and an expat living between Abu Dhabi and the UK. After years of building a life around family, responsibility, and doing what was needed in the moment, I reached my own second chapter - not because life was wrong, but because I wanted to choose more consciously how it felt.
For many women, this stage isn’t about starting again.
It’s about letting go of roles, expectations, or ways of living that no longer fit and creating space for what matters now.
How I Support Women in This Stage
Coaching at this stage of life isn’t about reinvention or fixing yourself. It’s about creating space to think clearly, speak honestly, and make choices that feel right for where you are now.
Our work together gives you time away from roles, expectations, and noise so you can reconnect with what matters, what you’re ready to let go of, and what you want to move towards. You bring the insight - I bring the structure, challenge, and steady support to help you translate that insight into action.
The sessions are calm, reflective, and practical. Each session has a clear focus and ends with agreed next steps, so progress is steady and visible. We move at your pace, focusing on clarity, confidence, and intentional decisions that fit your real life.
